agreement by and between GALAXIAVANDERLUST TRAVEL SERVICES LLP, ( “Website Owner”
or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as
applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).
By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms
(including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without
assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of

You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing of the Services you are entering into a
legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the Services.
You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to
provide the Service. The timelines for such returns and refunds will be according to the specific
Service you have availed or within the time provided in our policies (as applicable). In case
you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, then this would make you ineligible for
a refund.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to
perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure
event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and
construed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Initiating the process requires an initial non-refundable Booking Deposit of Rs. 5000/- per person, accompanying the inquiry or following the online payment procedure. The entire payment must be settled at least 30 days before the departure date. For bookings within 30 days of departure, the full amount is due upon booking.
Tickets, hotel vouchers, transport vouchers, and tour documents will be issued seven days prior to the departure date.
Payments, whether online or using our secured Net Banking/Payment Gateway/RTGS/NEFT/Demand drafts, should be payable to “GALAXIAVANDERLUST TRAVEL SERVICES LLP.” An official receipt is issued upon deposit payment.
Clients willing to amend or cancel bookings are subject to cancellation charges, including death, accident, illness, or non-payment of the balance. Amendments must be submitted in writing, and changes will be processed upon receipt. Cancellation charges apply to tours and optional tours offered by TripCosmos.co. For other services like air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation charges align with the respective provider’s terms.
Refunds, if applicable, for amendments and/or cancellations will be directly paid to the client via NEFT/RTGS/Crossed cheque, subject to the company’s discretion. Processing may take up to 15 days. No refunds are payable for unutilized services.
Clients must strictly adhere to the Tour Program. No refund is issued if clients fail to join, join late, or leave before tour completion. The client is responsible for reaching the tour’s commencement point, registering with the company’s representative, and following the specified date and time.
If a client discontinues the tour due to illness, death, or document loss, no refund is entertained for unutilized services. The company is not liable if a client can’t reach the tour commencement due to baggage or document loss, resulting in a “no show” status with 100% cancellation charges.
The company reserves the right to withdraw tour membership if a client’s behavior disrupts tour operations or compromises the safety or enjoyment of other passengers. The company and its employees, directors, managers, and agents are provided immunities under the contract.
Clients must procure holiday insurance at their own cost, as it is a booking condition.
Prices quoted are calculated based on prevailing rates at the time of publishing. The company reserves the right to amend prices in case of fuel costs, special/high season charges, or increased airline/rail charges before departure. Clients must pay for any price increases before departure.
If no suit/action is initiated against the company within 7 days of the tour’s last day, the company is discharged from liabilities under the contract. Any travel scheme discounts or benefits may be withdrawn at any time unless specified otherwise.
In case of tour alteration or cancellation by the company, the client has the option to continue, accept an alternative tour, or receive a refund at the company’s discretion. The company is not liable for damage, additional expenses, or consequential loss in such cases. The company is not liable for death, injury, sickness, loss, delay, discomfort, or any kind of theft caused by various factors.
The company operates as tour organizers and does not control or operate airlines, shipping companies, hotels, or other facilities mentioned. While the company selects and inspects these elements, it is not responsible for faults or incidents beyond its control.
