Dear Bharghav Sastri ji,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.We understand that you had certain expectations, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify and support you better.As mentioned earlier, your package was designed to be budget-friendly, yet we ensured **3-star properties** at every destination — all at an incredibly reasonable cost of ₹8,800 per person** for a group of 5. In today’s market, such pricing is exceptionally rare for this level of comfort and quality.We understand there were a few concerns during your trip, such as:Issue 01: Issue with Accommodation in Ayodhya: We immediately contacted the hotel and cancelled the hotel within 30 minutes and provided another 3 star accommodation. We work as per our policy & waiting for 20 to 30 mins during checkout is not a big deal. You have booked the below budget package, not us.Issue 02: Meal preference adjustment: Upon your request, we coordinated with the hotel staff to adjust meal options wherever possible.Issue 03: Issue with Accommodation in Varanasi: The hotel accommodation was good but you didn't inform the hotel owner about the hotel. As per your request, we immediately contacted the hotel and cancelled the hotel, but we were expecting your support to cancel the previous hotel but you did not cooperate with us. Anyway ,we provided you with a 3 star property there as well within 30 minutes of your complaint.Issue 04: Not experienced Driver: we have not received any complain about driver during whole trip and now is totally unexpected to get such reviewFor your kind information, you booked the below budget friendly package for your 5N6D Ayodhya Prayagraj Bodhgaya Varanasi @ 8800 per person (4 adults & 10 year child)& you expected to stay in a luxury hotel at this budget with 2 AC rooms.To ensure the success of your recent trip, the company contributed an additional amount from its personal funds.For future travel plans, we kindly request that you preload your wallet with sufficient funds based on the level of service you expect.In particular, if you're planning another trip to North India, we recommend increasing your budget from ₹8,000 to at least ₹15,000 to fully enjoy the experience and services provided.We take all feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve our service.
