Cancellation & Refund Policy

GALAXIAVANDERLUST TRAVEL SERVICES LLP believes in helping its customers as far as
possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Payment Terms:

  • Upon confirmation of any package request:
  • Immediate payment of 25% of the tour package cost is required to book all respective services.
  • 15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the tour package cost is required.
  • 7 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the tour package cost is required.
  • All payments must be notified via email format only with attached transaction details.
  • Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
  • We do not offer any credit facility.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations must be made in email format only.
  • Any cancellation made 45 days prior to the arrival date incurs no charge.
  • Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the tour fare charge.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the tour fare charge.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 10 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the tour fare charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the tour fare charge.
  • Once the package is booked and confirmed, the North Sikkim part is non-cancelable or non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable):

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@tripcosmos.co

Sale Services (if applicable):

Only regular-priced services may be refunded; unfortunately, sale services cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace services if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at mail@tripcosmos.co
