1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Reservation Process: All bookings must be made through our official channels, including our website, email, or phone.
  • Payment Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • Information Accuracy: Guests must provide accurate personal details during the booking process.

2. Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: To confirm your booking, a minimum of 30% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking. Additionally, 60% of the total package cost must be cleared at least 1 month before the trip start date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the tour starts to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Payment Methods: We offer multiple convenient payment options, including UPI, Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit cards, EMI and secure online payment platforms.
  • Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly agreed otherwise. If you require payment in a different currency, please contact our team for assistance with exchange rates and processing fees.
  • Note: Failure to complete the payments within the stipulated timeframes may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, as per our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 10%.
    • Cancellations made 15–30 days before the start date will incur a 50% charge.
    • Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, rescheduling options may be provided.

4. Changes and Modifications

  • Customer Requests: Modifications to the package are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Company-Initiated Changes: If we are forced to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, comparable alternatives will be arranged.

5. Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Inclusions: Clearly defined in the package details, typically covering accommodations, meals, transportation, and guided tours.
  • Exclusions: Costs for personal expenses, optional activities, and services not explicitly mentioned in the package description.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is not included in our packages. We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.

7. Liability

  • Tripcosmos.co is not liable for:
    • Any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the trip.
    • Delays or disruptions caused by weather, strikes, or government actions.
    • Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour.
  • Travelers are responsible for their behavior and adherence to local laws.

8. Health and Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

  • We comply with all safety regulations and encourage customers to follow safety protocols during activities.

9. Documentation

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid government-issued identification, visas, permits, or any other necessary travel documents.
